If you are in any way unhappy with your goods, items you want to return for a refund or an exchange will be accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items returned outside that period will only be refunded if the return has been authorized by our customer service team.
We also accept online returns in our London store, simply ensure that you fill out a returns form prior to your visit. We’re happy to process all exchanges in-store but please note that all refunds will be processed online.
Please note that your statutory rights are not affected.
We will only accept returns of items that are unused and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. We will not accept returns of items that have been worn or where the tags have been removed. You can send or drop your items with the completed Returns Form (supplied with your delivery or download here) to:

Please note that we are not responsible for return postage. When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
We aim to process all returns within 48 hours of reaching us and will email or write to confirm when this has been done. Depending on whom you bank with, refunds may take a further few days to show up on your card statement.
Christmas Gift Returns
Any items bought as gifts from Monday 23rd November can be returned for a refund, provided they are returned to Mr.Start by Monday the 5th of January.
