The Mr Start Menswear Ski Edit

There is still plenty of time for ski wear or, for that matter, cold weather clothing anywhere. Mr Starts next ski trip isn’t until the end of March, and as we usually have a cold snap towards Easter, there’s plenty of time to get good wear out of whatever you buy. Especially as the prices are so good.

What’s always wonderful to wear is one of our Kilbirnie roll necks, made from super soft lambswool from a breed of sheep native to the Geelong region of Australia. Crafted in Scotland, it’s a great apres ski piece, especially worn under your ski jacket, which gives it slight retro style. It’s great to wear anytime as it’s incredibly warm, soft and comfortable, and comes in many beautiful colours. The Mr Start favourite is Cosmos Blue, or simply black for that perennial style.
The Siberia drawstring wool flannel trousers would look great teamed with a sweater and have just the right amount of attitude to compliment your ski clothes and shoes. The inside pocketing is made from soft jersey for extra comfort and warmth.

Once in the warm and around the fire, our Truman checked cotton shirts will be right at home. They look great with one of our Italian Pima Cotton tailored T-shirts underneath, because layering creates the right sort of vibe in the cold.
